ABOUT PINGUICULAS FROM FANG AND FOLIUM

Pings will be sent in one of the following substrates: sphagnum moss or sphagnum/perlite or sphagnum/peat/perlite.
Pinguiculas are rooted and fully acclimated to regular household humidity (40-60%). Plants are not currently in flower unless otherwise noted.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
DO NOT USE FERTILIZER ON CARNIVOROUS PLANTS!
DO NOT USE TAP WATER OR MINERALIZED WELL WATER ON CARNIVOROUS PLANTS!
Water with distilled water for maximum health. I use a Zero Water filter, or you can also use water from a dehumidifier. Pings have a relatively shallow root structure and generally only need 1-3 inches of substrate depth.
Keep plants somewhere warm and bright where they will not be subject to harsh drafts like heaters or air conditioners.
Do not let substrate dry out fully. Pings prefer a moist environment - this is why they do best in pots WITHOUT drainage holes.

1) be at the location to immediately accept the delivery
2) send photos within 1 hour of delivery if condition is not as expected
Plants are carefully packaged and should arrive within 48 hours of shipment. Plants are only shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays and may be held for an additional week if weather or holidays affect timely arrival.
