The Fang & Folium AdvantageIt Starts With The Substrate Unless otherwise noted, plants are never shipped in sphagnum moss alone - they come potted in clear, round nursery pots with appropriate substrate ready for you to enjoy. No re-potting is required for minimum 1 year! In fact, we highly suggest you avoid repotting your plant for at least 3 months to ensure successful acclimatization to its new environment. Small Home-Based Nursery - No Imports or Re-Sales Fang & Folium is focused on rare tropical plants and bioactive vivarium supplies. All plants are lovingly grown in my small home-based nursery in Newfoundland and Labrador, propagated from my own collection. While no grower can say with certainty that their plants are 100% pest-free, I am dedicated to maintaining a nursery that prides itself on prevention and proactive treatment. I regularly inspect and treat plants with bioactive methods such as nematodes and predatory mites and I don't purchase plants from big box stores. Some plants may also be treated with insecticidal soap or pyrethrin pesticide (Safer's End All), and as such I always recommend you wash the foliage of any plant before introducing it to a bioactive vivarium. Canadian Collectors Canada-wide shipping is available, with free local delivery and pick-up options for the greater St. John's area. All orders will ship on Mondays only. Orders must be placed by Sunday at 5:00pm EST in order to ship the following day. However, statutory holidays or other mail delays, may result in your order being shipped the following week. Orders may also be held due to extreme temperatures. Any delays will be communicated to the customer.
