Premium carnivorous plant substrate is a mix of: red seachem flourite, bio-stratum, aragonite, small riverstone, and sand. 
 
Quantity is measured by dry volume measuring cup starting with 1/4 cup up to 2 cups. If combined with a live product order, substrate may be shipped separately. 
 
Due to weight and damage during transit, we do not pot our pinguiculas for customers in this premium rocky substrate, instead using a lighter mix that incorporates peat moss and live sphagnum moss.
