ABOUT POTTED PLANTS ON FANG AND FOLIUM
 
Potted plants are fully rooted with active growth, and are acclimated to regular house humidity. Unless otherwise noted, plants are shipped as pictured, in a nursery pot with substrate. 
 
Pings are potted in a substrate mix of untreated coco coir, sand, perlite, and sphagnum moss. 
 
Pups are sized between 0.5in to 1in and come in a 1oz cup.  
 
CARE INSTRUCTIONS 
 
It's VERY important that you do not disturb your new plants while they acclimate to a new environment. DO NOT REPOT your new plants for at least 2 months after receiving. 
 
DO NOT USE FERTILIZER ON CARNIVOROUS PLANTS! 
DO NOT USE TAP WATER OR MINERALIZED WELL WATER ON CARNIVOROUS PLANTS! 
 
Water with distilled water for maximum health. I use a Zero Water filter, or you can also use water from a dehumidifer. 
 
Keep plants somewhere warm and bright where they will not be subject to harsh drafts like heaters or air conditioners. 
 
Do not let substrate dry out fully. Pings prefer a moist environment.

In order to qualify for the "Live Arrival Guarantee" you must:
1) select the correct shipping method 
2) be at the location to immediately accept the delivery
3) send photos within 1 hour of delivery if condition is not as expected
 
Plants are carefully packaged and should arrive within 48 hours of shipment. Plants are only shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays if going outside Atlantic Canada.
