Hoya Australis 'Aleksandra' is a stunning and uncommon australis variant. This is NOT a ssp. tenuipes variety - instead it has pubescent (fuzzy) leaves and a subtle inner-variegation. This plant has been kept in bright light - hense the lighter yellow colouring on the leaves. It will darken up if kept in a less-bright location. 
 
This is a large, mature plant and includes the bamboo trellis. 
 
ABOUT POTTED PLANTS ON FANG AND FOLIUM
 
Potted plants are fully rooted with active growth, and are acclimated to regular house humidity. Unless otherwise noted, plants are shipped as pictured, in a nursery pot with substrate. 
 
CARE INSTRUCTIONS 
 
It's VERY important that you do not disturb your new plants while they acclimate to a new environment. DO NOT REPOT your new plants for at least 2 months after receiving. 
 
Keep plants somewhere warm and bright where they will not be subject to harsh drafts like heaters or air conditioners. 
 
All plants are good for 1-2 years in current pots - remember that Hoyas like to be root bound and too big of a pot or bad substrate can lead to your plant's decline. 
 
Hoyas like to have bright light. Keep them near a window so that they receive at least *some* direct sunlight every day. Water when 75% dry and ensure plants are never left in standing water. Fertilize monthly with a diluted fertilizer.
